A Real Connection
Julius began to develop this interactive presentation model by collecting real-time data and combining the last 2 decades of his in field experiences from some of today's top industries.
Julius was able to further this development on a larger scale when he previously worked as part of management within a 10 billion dollar corporation that had services in over 150 countries and employed over 30,000 people like yourself. It was the icing on the cake. The tried, tested and proven piece that many give up on. Not Julius.
While there were plenty of interactions between different teams, departments and peers, the connections between them were hardly utilized efficiently. Julius worked to establish a form of "readiness" that was largely missing. He sparked a connection that allowed for better workflow and results with long term stability for all parties involved.
It was an intentional piece. A piece that Julius knew many in big corporations were missing. Upon building and sharing this program locally, results shattered the ceilings. Improvements could be seen in all aspects. From everyday morale to over 504% in sales margins, the effect was seen, heard and felt! The results couldn't be ignored.
Given the work Julius had put into this program, Julius was recognized and traveled to Sarasota, Florida where he spoke to his peers, current and former executives from across the globe, including organizations such as Chick-Fil-A, Ritz Carlton, Walmart, Hertz Global Holdings, and General Electric.

SPORTS & PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
I want to thank you for the wonderful job you did with my son this Spring at IMA.
While his basketball skills improved significantly under your leadership, his confidence and self-image soared.
We were expecting that he would have a good time with his friends and new teammates and learn a little about basketball. What he got out of it was something more important, life lessons in responsibility, leadership and sportsmanship.
By the end of the year, he had the confidence to try things on the court that my wife and I could never have imagined when the season started.
